HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email update with the subject line "A shipment from order #******* is on the way." This email will include your tracking number and other relevant information.

MY ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT
If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, we suggest starting by checking around your property, porch, concierge or mailroom. You might also consider asking your neighbours in case someone accepted the package on your behalf or if it was mis-delivered.
We recommend waiting 1-2 business days to see if the carrier redelivers the package. If your package hasn't been found or redelivered after this time, please reach out directly to your local courier’s office to initiate a claim. You can easily file a claim with your local courier using your local tracking number. Once you've filed a claim, kindly await their response before contacting us.
